User Experience:
I have worked with this company once before for a scarf order. There were no problems. I then placed a second order for 18 scarf samples for a customer. When the samples arrived they were not done correctly. I explained in detail what was wrong with each design. He agreed to remake samples but wanted me to pay more money. When I explained that they were not done correctly the first time he said he would pay for new samples. Still waiting for those samples. I placed an additional order for 100 ties to be shipped to Canada for an event. I sent artwork and PMS colors. I sent him 50% deposit. When he completed order on time and asked me to pay balance. I asked for picture first. He sent me a picture of box full of ties. I asked for a picture of the tie. The next day he sends me picture of tie and it is ALL WRONG COLORS!!! When I asked him about this he explained that if he used the colors I asked for, it would be blurry. I told him it was not his place to change colors without asking me. Now the ties are wrong and we have missed the ship date for the event. Mr. Ni is trying to blame me. He is very immature and unprofessional. BEWARE!!
User Recommendations:
I have learned that not all suppliers are honest or willing to accept responsibility for their mistakes. I realize now that this company in a “trade company” and not an actual factory. I think that you are better off dealing direct with the factory. Time to find a new supplier.
I reminded by my old customer who black me on this website ,I am shocked that Amy did not pay us balance already and unexpectedly black us and our company on this website .
I found Amy Rickel by LinkedIn. We are a silk supplier from Shanghai China,we make silk ties for Amy Rickel, she said she’s doing this business for many years and their company has more than one hundred years of history. But she is not so professional, she brings the artworks with very low resolutions, which we can not print. And give a color and direct making bulk order ,when finished the goods she just say she do not like the color .And she does not know much about silk scarves printing or ties making. She ordered 100pcs of ties from us and used PayPal to pay 50% deposit. When we sent them out,she said she does not like and refused to pay balance. She threaten us to use our express fee to express,or she will raise a PayPal case of the deposit and we will get nothing form her!
Under her threat,we use our express fee to express the ties. At the end, she did not pay any balance or express fee, but raised a PayPal case about the 50% deposit anyway! After we explained the situation to PayPal,they stopped the unreasonable case.
I do business with many Americans for many years,I know Americans most are reasonable and kind. But Amy Rickel seems get angry very easy. In the emails I can see she is often use low level words and like a child. She is not professional at her work, just her relatives left the business for her,So she do whatever she want to do,also working with her is a risk. She use PayPal threaten us and do not pay balance and express fee,she is a big scam woman, she is a cheater. Although I emailed her many times and just reply with bad words.
