I ordered a pair of fitflop sandals online through this website, I didn’t know where they were coming from as the website looked authentic to me. When the sandals arrived I saw that they were posted from China and on opening them the quality was not up to standard of genuine fitflops plus they didn’t fit me. I decided to return for a refund and contacted seller by email for return address or label. This didn’t come within a few days so I paid over £10 to be returned to the delivery address on package. I have been emailing back and forth to supplier for over 2 months now looking for a refund for the sandals I paid £33 for. They have confirmed that package has been returned and have offered me 70% of the money but are refusing to give me the full refund for the returned package.
