I purchased a glass handrail with Ms. Nicole Peng from Prima Construction Materials co ltd through the Alibaba website. It started turning into nothing less than a disaster when I´ve got an e-mail from Ms. Peng telling that the package that arrived at the port had someone else´s handrail. In fact, things were quite worse than that, that package contained my hardware and the glasses of a different customer. On that same e-mail, Ms. Peng asked me to go to the port, which by the way, is 200 miles away from where I live, get the 0.5 ton cargo, pay for all taxes included (about $3000), get the hardware and send the glasses back to her. I told her that I wasn´t supposed to pay for their mistake and more, but I never heard back from her. It took some time for PRIMA HOUSING send the glasses that I should use. So, I had to pay for both packages which, including storage fees, more than tripled the total expected cost (about $6000) and created a mess with customs here. Do not trust these people, they lie about their products and will take your money. They have stolen from me and held me to ransom.

I, EDSON, have resolved the matter with PRIMA CONSTRUCTION, and no longer consider the supplier a bad supplier.
We found a agreement and they will provide a compensation due to my losses.
