Ben Sung sent us an offer for EPS.
By the pictures and price material look good, so we told him we were interested.
After, Ben Sung put us in contact with the supplier of the material (If you are interested in any offer he sends you he don’t has any problem in put you in touch with the supplier).

We then contact the supplier, Shlomo Paz, he sent us the proforma invoice, our purchase order sign and sealed and loading terms also sign and sealed.

Payment terms were: 40% in advance and balance with copy of B/L.
After the payment, we ask him for the booking and container number, but we always put excuses not to load the material or to give us the booking number.
Furthermore it was difficult to keep in touch with him. We always had to call Ben Sung in order to contact Shlomo Paz.

When we ask responsibilities to Ben Sung, he said “I am not the seller and do not control the money at all”.

Now we know that Shlomo never has material. He always sell you things he don’t have and Ben Sung for sure has a lot of other cheat partners.
