We received an offer, and some samples from Kangdeli Industrial Co., Ltd.
We then did make the payment and we received the documents, everything was OK , perfect, too perfect, the surprise when we opened the container, we found 10 pallets but with 2 cartons of bad quality goods, total 700 kg of goods, while we payed for more than 12 tons!
