– Goods arrived there they cheat you on volume weight because in reality for example the LxWxH = 1cm x1cm x 1cm , but their measurement is 4cm x 4cm x 4cm
– Repacking goods they charge money for box and repacking fee. First of all box at DHL/FEDEX or UPS is free and secondly that repacking service if I were them i will really feel ashamed.
– Paid for the invoice, but afterwards they do not send out and tell you need pay more to send out. I have checked with other freight agent, which the price is just the price he firstly charge me and what i had paid for.
– The most terrible thing is they ship my goods out finally, which they overcharge me, but some products were missing. I ask them to file a claim at DHL, but Mr Liki lee said the receiver should do this and he is not willing to do anything and what he also said is he does not want to waste time on doing it. Very customer friendly!!!!
Please do not use this company. Once the goods are at their side the only thing they want is money or they will not send the goods out and for sure will not give you back.
This guy Liki Li Sales Manager company Left&Right Express Co.,Ltd is a big cheater and very unprofessional.
