Lasering s.r.l. ordered trough internet and paid 5.600,00 US dollars worth of merchandise from this company but they shipped the wrong items to us. After several emails and telephone call we found out it is impossible to be reimbursed or to obtain any kind of exchange. We are stock with a large amount of wrong items. This way of working kills the business !
