We signed cancellation agreement and he promised to refund the down payment but he never did. It is 3 months now, and they keep saying silly funny reasons of not being able to refund us the down payment. When we traced their mail later, we discovered it had been sent from Hong Kong not UK!

User Experience:
The supplier contacted us several times offering commodities at fair price, then we asked them for a quotation, he offered us, we negotiated the deal, we confirm everything, we had the contract and we signed/stamped it, we transferred them the down payment. Then he didn’t deliver in time, he asked to cancel the order! We signed cancellation agreement and he promised to refund the down payment but he never did. It is 3 months now, and they keep saying silly funny reasons of not being able to refund us the down payment.
Contact person is a lady called Anna Ackerman, which I assume it is only a fake name of a typical international scammer.
When we traced their mail later, we discovered it had been sent from Hong Kong not UK!

User Recommendations:
Next times, if I couldn’t meet the supplier myself at least I have to hire a 3rd party institution or even a friend to meet the supplier in person (at least for the first time)

    as i was reading your complain, i was shocked to know that we are both victim of this LEGION company with the fake company and person named Anne Ackerman, we also made deposit and our product was never been delivered. I’m searching for the email of your’s if i can find but i could not find your email, so please pass my message to this UAE victim, and if there’s anyway we can recover? please let me know.
