The Chinese supplier sent me a useless cell phone screen. I told them by message (inside eBay). They asked me to send a video direct to their email. Their response came when I asked again but it was too late. I think they did it on purpose. They manipulated me until the deadline of eBay warranty came.

I bought a screen for my cell. The Chinese supplier sent me a useless one. I told them by message (inside eBay). They asked me to send a video direct to their email, and I did it. Then I had no response. The response came when I asked again but it was too late.
I think they did it on purpose. They manipulated me until the deadline of eBay warranty came.

Just take a look on this part of their messages signature: “PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE OR LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE WE REPLY TO YOU.”
I think I was stupid. If I just followed the eBay rules strictly…
