Zhuang Qingfang, Malataelect, Malatalect, Beijing Magic Electronics

After negotiating the terms of the order(s) with Claire Du and receiving the pro forma invoices, we made a bank transfer for $642 to the Chinese company. As far as I know there are no export charges for electronics in China, so we said we wouldn’t pay the extra charges, haven’t heard from them since.

After negotiating the terms of the order(s) with Claire Du via Skype and receiving the pro forma invoices on 09/05/2016, we made a bank transfer for $642 to the company bank account 6217906400009151896 on 10/05/2015. The seller then wanted us to change the beneficiary name from the business Beijing Magic Electronics Co. Ltd. to the personal name Zhuang Qingfang on 17/05/2016. After paying an additional bank fee for the alteration via swift message, the seller confirmed the payment received on 19/05/2016 but said we would have to pay an additional $365 in unexpected export charges. As far as I know there are no export charges for electronics in China, so we said we wouldn’t pay the extra charges, haven’t heard from them since.
