David Lam showed samples and he signed the contract with receiving 50% total invoice value but later this SOB delayed shipment by keep saying tomorrow and tomorrow.

Two months were delayed and finally told me that the garment lot was sold. I asked to whom? He replied that he sold to someone who was willing to pay more.

I asked money back, he replied it would take some time but never returned the money.

He hired a gunman who survived killing field of Cambodia during 70th to threaten buyers who complain.  David Lam is Singapore origin who was in jail for 5 years for domestic violence.

He proudly announced that his had a firm relationship with the prime minister Hun Sen’s sister and Hun Sen himself.

Don’t deal with anyone in Cambodia. There is no rules and regulations.
