I bought Paint Zooms and X 10 Mops for a South American customer. My customer had a 33% failure rate for the Paint Zoom and 26% for the X10 mop, this caused my customer a lot of headaches as well as well as shipping costs and import charges for these goods. I asked Jasmine Jin, the owner, and June Chen, a salesperson for this company to supply a reasonable amount for goods to cover my customer’s losses. I have persisted over 2 months but as a company they keeping making excuses and fail to agree to a reasonable settlement. I have had to pay compensation to my customer to cover the cost of these product, the shipping and import costs. This is a good example of a Chinese company that offers you the world when you buy but does nothing when it is proved that their products are shoddy and have a very high failure rate. I hope that other buyers beware of this supplier

User Recommendations:
As the order was small I did not check the goods as I considered this factory to be a reliable supplier from a visit to the factory on 2015. I should have checked the goods as this would have showed the poor quality of the product before shipping.

  1. Some news on this supplier. After posting here on this website, filing a case with Alibaba and many Skype conversations I was able to recover about 15% of my losses. Since them I have taken legal advice in China and I make all Chinese suppliers sign and stamp some legal jargon which makes it much easier to talke them to court in the future.
