In regard to my order, ref OrderNo:***************, you are refusing delivery despite receiving payment in full. Claiming you no longer accept Paypal, yet you accepted it when I made payment.
Your representatives also claim they will only issue a delivery after they receive a second payment, after which they will deliver my purchase and refund the first payment. This is not going to happen.
Pursuant to your own refund policy (see below) I have requested and been refused a refund. Which I’m sure is illegal even in Shanghai.

I have not received my order. What is happening?
In the vast majority of cases, we are able to fulfill orders within the time frame given. However, sometimes we may be unable to fulfill your order right away. I have opened a PayPal dispute to reclaim my money, and the only response I have received from yourselves is one asking me to ‘close the dispute’ and then I will receive my purchase. As I am sure you know, once a dispute is closed it cannot be re-opened. So again, this is not going to happen.
I have also been refused contact with a manager, despite requesting their assistance several times. They have also ignored my attempts to contact them using your management Skype link.
