We have been in good contact with the seller.
They are a gold member of Alibaba, they have sent products to Canada before as this is how we have come to order from them, once the money was sent we barely had news, we talked to different sellers (Linda, Alex, Chloe) and when we say that our seller( her name is Crystal), nobody answers, we can see on whatsapp that they have read our messages, this is clearly a big fraud!
