I placed an order for an Hioki 3331 Power Hitester and been given a order number 2140 on 6 April,2016. I had been ask to pay by TT or Western Union. The beneficiary name is Song HuanHuan with ID:522123199303231522. Benificiary Address: 43# Luoson Road, JInxiu Community, Pudong New District, Shanghai, China. Beneficiary bank : Bank of China Shanghai Branch.

I paid for the item in advance and was told that the seller (Best China Ebayshop) would ship it ASAP. Since then I never got a response from the Chinese company. The money was transferred on 7April,2016 since then I could not get the seller to reply whether the item has been dispatched or not.

i try to send them email (bestebaysupplier@sina.com) by using other email address, they reply my enquiry, i ask for the Skype, the girl name “Linda Chen”add me in Skype, but since then, the Skype is in offline status.
