I wanted a product made. Over 2 years of emails I thought I had a trusted business relationship. The product sample was received and the agent was paid to QC. It was apparently satisfactory. Goods received where faulty.

User Recommendations:
Use certified suppliers from a website you can trust.
Get a sample. Don’t pay upfront. QC yourself at the manufacturers site.
Insure yourself for faulty shipment if possible.
Don’t get China to produce anything, they only produce glass hammers. Go to another country.
