  1. I’ve just stumbled across this website as I went to submit a different supplier to the blacklist and noticed Toppo Lighting – we had an experience with them in early 2017. We placed a small trial order of $2000 for one type of product for which we agreed the specific technical specifications and components. The product arrived with inferior components, operating at a lower output than agreed.

  2. Hello I have been discuss with this supplier for about 3 months for supplier for a big project and I have send their specification for approval, and now their the specification is approved I want to place the order but decided to check online more about the company to find out this story.

    Can you please explain more about what happen and the person name from the company you discuss with and the email address use for the negotiations and discussions with twww.dowellsonic.com/product/ultrasonic-cell-disruption-machine

    Please need your advise very urgently, is had for me to change supplier at this stage that I got approval fro their product.

  4. So, its not true, that Comapny TOPPO do not know what´s the issue. They know exactly.

    They offered us LED Tubes with certificates for a big project of about more than 5000 tubes.
    Then we delivered sample/test tubes to customer for certification and tests. After we passed the tests we wanted to order from TOPPO. Then they said, “oh we do not deliver anymore”. :-(((

    So it costs us a lot of time and money to find new supplier, make new certificates and tests.
    We also tested other tubes from this supplier. But we went back to our old (better) tubes supplier.

    The fact is that this company do not understand, that business in Europe is not running like in China.
    To get big projects you have to deliver samples for free. Then test phase, and after the test phase you can not say to customer: “Oh, sorry the tested tubes we can not deliver anymore.” And this is what TOPPO has done. So for us no reliable partner.

      Firstly of all ,we are sorry to make you touble.

      Then we can make the issue clearly as follows:

      1.As you said, we just sell you samples.These samples june of the year 2015,and you want to place the order again is in April of 2016,it have been passed 10 months.As this glass tubes are sold in a lower price,so we stop the production for Glass tubes in early April of 2016, I have told you we stopped production,not we don’t sell to you,we cost much money for this glass tubes,listed they on TUV certificate,but as the production is difficult,so we stopped,we also lose money for this product.

      2.if this is normal process of the European business taht you need long time of the test ,you can signed contract with us to confirm we will provide this product you need,but you never let us know you will need the products in these 10 months after you order samples.You also con’t confirm you can get this order or not?

      3.And you order quantity for the tested tubes are 1600PCS not 5000PCS.Pls know.

      4. Your typical complain are compromised intellectual property, contract violations, scam.
      I want to check with you:
      a) did Toppo compromise your intellectual property?I think this is not true.
      b). contract violations.As I told you :you never let us know your will need the tubes agagin,you didn’t sign any contract with us.
      C.)Claims.This is really not ture,toppo never claim you.And as I wrote in last commetnt,we have thousand of customer all over the world,I din’t and won’t cheat the customers.

  5. We are Toppo Lighting,firstly,we are sorry to make the customer in trouble.We are a profeesional factory for LEDs in China.

    But we have checked our customer,we don’t find out the issues what this customer says.As his Type of Complaint(s): compromised intellectual property, contract violations, scams & other unethical activities.
    I want to explaine which customer complained: 1 compromised intellectual property,we have our patent for all our products, we usually do OEM,so it is impossible to compromise this customer’s intellectual property, especially for LED Tubes,we have done TUV and VDE certificate in THE YEAR OF 2011 and 2012.
    2.contract violations. I want to ask the customer to show the contract to us for check which ruler we don’t follow.

    3. scams & other unethical activities. TOPPO will never scam any customer,we have enough asstes to do business.We have been in LED instdury 8 year from 2009.We have thousand customer all over the world,our products are hot sales in UK,Gemrany and other countries.
