User Experience:
I found Mr. Matthew Ni of the Shanghai Lailing Foreign Trade Co.,Ltd on LinkedIn.com. I inquired about the vendor’s capabilities to print silk twill scarves with my original artwork in 2014, and the vendor eagerly followed up until I made the initial order in December of 2015. I had many communications with him in the meantime, and was very satisfied with the samples he printed. He required that I send wire transfer, stating that he could not receive transmissions of over $500 via PayPal. On the day I expected the package to arrive here in the U.S., I received an envelope that contained silk cuttings. I sent a photo of the package to the vendor to ask why I received this. His response is that he accidentally sent my order to India! He has since refused to refill my order and send it to me, stating that he will lose money and that if I want the order I will have to pay again.
User Recommendations:
I always knew that there was inherent risk in ordering from foreign manufacturers, due to my experiences working in hotel design, but these were usually issues of quality control. Since the communication between myself and the vendor was so seamless and the samples were really terrific, I felt comfortable pulling the trigger on my first order. While the financial loss is quite small in the scheme of things, the loss of control of my artwork is a HUGE. I have meticulously worked on the launch of this brand for years, and the thought that someone in India has my scarves is quite painful. I honestly hope he just took my money and reneged on the agreement. The injury is so much worse if my intellectual property is out there like that before I had a chance to share it with the world.
Hi,Alex it is really shocked me that you black me on this website until one of my customers info me someone black me and our company .
The first time you made the sample you did not give us the board of the Pantone color number and we just according the original artwork to make and when you get sample you were satisfy , after one year you send me another new design and also have no pantone color number ,before printing I asked you the board color details you said just do as last time and use printer to recognise and we did as you said ,but finally when you get the goods you do not like and ask us to remake .I do not think this is our responsibility we just do as you said .Now you black us on this website which really ruin our reputation .Hope you can delete this fake information ,thank you very much .
