User Experience:
The seller imposed a condition the first lift of 2 million barrels to be paid while the goods are in tanks leased by a company Mecca, Russian Federation. Allegedly, under the words of Petar Petrov- Director of Nipex Trading Ltd, the tank farm was nominated by the manufacturer – www.syzran-npz.ru. We got bound by a contract.

Soon after that we discovered that Mecca does not have tanks in Primorsk neither in other place within Russian Federation. Also www.syzran-npz.ru impersonates a real refinery but the site is fake as we discovered. Mr. Petrov forced us to pay the lease and this would be pure damage – money thrown into the damp. He would never get the title just he was trying to extract money.
