  1. Above info are false and defamatory.

A company named “Helvent Investment Ltd” from Ghana ordered some air conditioners and washing machines from us. The payment term is by T/T (30% deposit and balance before shipment).

After goods are ready for shipment, Mr. Vincent Sackey, CEO of “Helvent Investment Ltd” told us he has no money to pay the balance amount. Up to Oct of 2011, He sent us some money and asked us to ship the container to him. We have no other choice because the goods have been stacked in our warehouse nearly for one year. We thought that we still can control the original B/L for his balance amount (USD9,814.00).

After goods arrived Tema port, Mr. Vincent Sackey, CEO of “Helvent Investment Ltd” still have no money to settle the payment. But he told us that he found a buyer from Nigeria. If we can send him the original B/L, he will send us the balance amount (USD9,814.00) in 3 days. We trusted him. After signing a payment agreement with him, we sent him all set of documents (including original B/L) through DHL.

After we shipped out the documents, we found we were cheat by a scammer. Up to now, we haven’t got even one cent from him. He always promised the payment will come next week, next month, next year…

Finally, he made a story of “quality issue” to forget the balance payment. Actually we never receive any quality problem report from him before 2015.

In addition, he fabricated false information on supplierblacklist.com and Youtube.com. Such false information widely spread on Google.com, which greatly hurt our good reputation.

Because of this issue, we lost money (USD9,814.00), good reputation and potential clients. We hope supplierblacklist.com can delete above false information as soon as possible.

If you need any evidence, please contact us through e-mail, thank you!
