They took more money out of my account that I agreed to pay, they delivered the wrong dresses (full sleeves instead of sleeveless), will not accept blame. Initially they asked me to have the dresses fixed locally and they offered a partial refund which turned out to be 8%! I pointed out their website says they will remake the dress if the customer is unhappy and they said they would but would charge an additional “material fee”. I pointed out their site says they will waive this fee if it is their mistake. They responded they would offer a £10 refund (less than their first offer!). Absolute nightmare to deal with!Have contacted Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs! It is a shame as the dresses were actually pretty and well made….just not the right dresses!
