They sent me some paperwork to check their authenticity and found that it was a scanned copy of a certificate which was very fuzzy and blurry but the words on them were sharp. When I looked closer, I found that behind each word, there was a rectangle indicating that the previous text had been wiped out and new text had been placed there instead.
