User Experience:
We needed HDPE samples. This Chinese company has contacted us, sent technical data, photos of the packing and products, etc. And asked to pay only for delivery – around 100 usd via western union. We did the payment and they asked to pay 100 usd more, because they did a mistake in calculations of the shipping costs. We refused (because it was not our mistake), asked to send some more documents (they refused and became rude) and by chance I found on one web-site that they are scammers and they change their company name/phone/email/their personal names every time they do the deals: http://ask.alibaba.com/Q/59087.html
I’ve contacted police http://www.qdnet110.gov.cn/netalarm/index.jsp (clues report for internet) describing everything and i also attached our email history. Reply was : “we advise you to contact your local police station”

Even if the company is really registered (you can check the company’s business license number at http://gsxt.saic.gov.cn/) there is no guarantee that they will fulfill any obligations.
