User Experience:
We have placed an order of Caustic Soda with this  Chinese company but instead of Caustic Soda we received Pure salt. We kept asking them for their COA but there was no answer.
We had also sent part of the material to a lab and they reported us that the “Caustic Soda” was actually pure salt. Which was totally different from what we order and from what was on/in the package. They didn’t believe that the material we had sent to the lab was the same they had sent us. So we had to send them 1kg of the material via courier, collected by the INTERTEK and after we sent it, there was never a feedback, e-mail or any kind of contact from this supplier.
