User Experience:
Our prior experience with this Chinese supplier has been good. As a result we continued to place orders with the supplier. However the last order had proven to have a 70%+ failure rate. We have contacted the supplier several times to no avail.

In recent correspondence the supplier claimed that the products have an item number of DL312 when in fact all invoices show an item number identical to another company name Asptek. The product looks and operates in an identical way.

The loss we have incurred $3,000 USD Plus the return freight from our customers and replacement cost of the faulty units leaves us out of pocket by about a further $3,000USD Loss due to this company’s poor quality items.

We are not a very big company and we feel that that money is better in our pocket rather then theirs.
