Last year, while visiting Paperworld Fair 2015, we have started to expand our business and contacted one of the exhibitors. According to our experience in starting cooperation with many exhibitors so far, we can only say that it is positively and seriously.
The company which we have contacted is named as Haisheng Paper Company, settled in China. The first contact was reached on the 5th of March 2015 and after several months working pause we have contacted them again on the 14th of September 2015.
The point of writing this complaint is being seduced by the company mentioned above. Haisheng Paper Company didn’t refund almost 1500 USD. After we had confirmed the order on the 15.10.2015, the total payment of 24.050 USD was done on time by our side. At this moment the whole fraud has been started by the Haisheng Paper Company …part of the goods in our order was suddenly out of their stock, so they decided to refund us 1500 USD …but they never did.
We informed them clearly to transfer the amount on the same bank account that we’ve paid to them, but they did the transfer via Western Union on some Jennifer account from Hong Kong, explaining us that we sent them all information for Jennifer and confirmed to send her our money. That person is not known for us. We try to contact this Jennifer on the phone that was written on the Western Union document but the phone is not valid. Otherwise, the Chinese company convinced us that we had sent her account information by sending us screenshots of our sent e-mails to their company.
If you pay some more attention to the screenshots, you can see her name is written in capital letters and the name “meiji” is being changed in paint or other program. Please zoom the whole word and you can noticed easily it is being washed out and the letter “j” is very clear! The company is saying that person isn’t known for them also.
We have tried to get some more information from Haisheng Paper, but they are refusing to cooperate with us. From the beginning we can’t have the chance to communicate just with one of their employee. Three different persons were replying on our emails from two different email accounts with out any excuse or information why is that so. The contact persons are Jenny Wang, next is Meiji Jabri and the last one is Lyn Xu. Another information which is good to be known is their email accounts: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com (www.haishengchina.en.alibaba.com – their alibaba profile). They were ignoring our questions about the refunded amount since 14.11.2015 until today.The order was sent on the 11.12.2015 after whole 3 months of nightmare.
Of course, nowadays our case is being processed by our Police Department (See Attachment) and further investigated and forwarded to Interpol as well.

The main reason why we are sending this complaint is we wouldn’t like to be played again by companies with dishonest business ethics, also we would like to alert you and send a message to all companies in the world to increase their attention when they will make decision which international company will be their cooperator.
