User Experience:
I joined a few sites placing requests for Electric Scooter prices, I received many requests and for some stupid reason decided to go with Viteke.com The price was real good, but other companies had the same price listed for the product I was interested in and then I decided to place my first order. I sent the 1st order, then a 2nd order the next day. I decided to combine those orders and that total was 560 USD. The contact lady (Lydia) confirmed my payment was received by Western Union and said I will get tracking numbers in 2 – 3 days. This seemed normal. But within those 2 -3 days I placed a 3rd order for 230 USD and then was told the payment was received and tracking numbers to come. more than 2-3 days have gone by and no answer to my emails, no answer from “contact us” link on company website, no answers at all. I haven’t tried to call, as I’m sure the phone # prob doesn’t work and if it did it would cost me more money for the international call to be told more bs if they actually answered. Western Union receiver name is Wenjun Huang in Shenzhen China if that helps.
User Recommendations:
I’m just speechless, I don’t know what to do or say. Why are these companies allowed to do this and get away with it? I will never send Western Union payments again. If they want my business they will take a payment processor that has buyer protection on purchases.
yeah the Lydia lady also scammed me. Lucky I asked for sample and only willing to spend the usual sample shipping charge of $30-$40 USD. After she received it the person disappeared, because she is a fake and there is no product to send. Sorry but you will never receive your product or your money back.
There were some signs but it’s only hindsight that wakes you up. First sign is the incredible low quote. Second sign is the fake website with no price. Third sign is that they preferred Western Union. She doesn’t know paypal and T/T transaction. Fourth sign was that she sent erroneous Western Union details that I had to help her (a scam artist) get it right. Fifth sign was she called me ‘Dear’ without my name just ‘Dear’…I hate that because that’s not professional and it’s a way to haha you. ‘Haha I got your money Dear’.
I do have relative in Shenzhen and will be going there later this year. I can setup a trap and get her ass, but then again I doubt it’s even a woman. And it would be stupid to cause trouble in another country.
Fellas, say good bye to your $$$ because it’s gone. Also, remember companies from Alibaba are most legit this one fell thru the cracks and I didn’t realize it’s not an Alibaba company. Alibaba has trade assurance and they actually have people go and inspect the legitimacy of the company.
Any thing yet I just saw you post and I have send them $480 for usb pens and the are now not responding to me.
You received your products?
No I still have not received the products or a refund. And no replies to my emails. I’m researching how to get my money back.
