User Experience:
We sent an inquiry through the www.vnsky.com website. Mr. Gavin Chang replied very quickly they had the goods in stock and would send it immediately upon receiving the money. We send official P/O and received Proforma invoice from Gavin Chang (not sure it is his or her real name). Communication with Chang was initially without problems but when we paid the invoice in advance, the communication stopped suddenly. He has not replied since. We sent many e-mails asking whether or not the goods was sent, but no answer. Few days ago we discovered these pages on the supplier blacklist, but too late for us.
User Recommendations:
We thought companies from Hong Kong are reliable and did not expect this could happen. We recommend to inspect possible Chinese suppliers according to advises given at this website (supplierblacklist.com). We also found this page of Hong Kong police and are going to report this crime: https://secure1.info.gov.hk/police/eforms/report_cyber_crime_en.php
This blacklist entry No #18 on this website for VNSKY! I’m starting to wonder how the same guy is able to rip off so many people from the very same business address in Hong Kong… It looks to me as if Chinese officials show too little interest in catching fraudulent scammers in China.
Let’s see the big picture here; this is supposed to be an “International” Supplier Blacklist, but searching through the content, it looks like 95%+ of all bad suppliers are sitting in China!
China! Your export reputation is at stake here!
