Absolutely disgusting. They don’t speak or understand English. They send totally inappropriate products that were not ordered. Won’t refund or replace the correct order. Keep sending the same emails back over and over in very poor English. This was all done three weeks ago. They haven’t issued a new product or refunded my entire purchase sum. They want to refund 10%

I’ve ordered shoes from this site. I am unable to log in and when I try to reset my password, the site gets a syntax error. Were you able to get a tracking number or even log in? And when did your package come?
