Dear Supplier Black List team,
We´d like to report the problems that we are facing with a Chinese company named Yongkang Shenfa Imp & Exp Co.,Ltd aka Happy Cooking Co.,Ltd.
HAPPY COOKING CO.,LTD offered their stock of fry pans and we imported all the 14,720 fry pans (2 containers of 40 feet) in September, 2015 with FOB 100% prepaid before shipment.
The pans arrived in Brazil in October, 2015 and we received more than a hundred complaints from our customers who bought these fry pans and had serious problems. The pans were burned inside and out and released the nonstick in food.
I myself have tested 03 pans and could not eat the food because the lining of the fry pan came loose when the pans were warmed on the stove using oil or olive oil for cooking. I also tried to use water to cook, but the same thing happened and the water turned green/blue color.
When Happy Cooking Co., Ltd offered this lot to us they said that their client in France had returned the fry pans just because they were manufactured with the wrong color, Happy Cooking Co., Ltd never said that these fry pans had serious defects like these.
We don´t sell all pans yet, but I’m sure we´ll receive many more complaints from our end consumers and this is very detrimental to the image of our company in the Brazilian market.
We are really disappointed with this situation, so we want to make this company public on your website.
