We have made an order for more than 100 USB and paid up front directly to the company’s account with a well-known international bank. After many correspondence we received the stock very late ( the payment was done on 27/10/2015 & the order was received on 15/11/2015 )and it was only half of the quantity ordered. Due to the delay our customers have cancelled their order which created a loss to us financially & affected the reputation of our upcoming business. The whole order had cost us with the freight charges a total of $286/-. After several follow- up email questioning why the whole order was not delivered on time ( the company promised on their website to deliver within 4 – 5 working days ) and with no logical reasoning for the quantity being received less than what was originally order , the marketing manager of the company Ms. Sarah (saeah@zhh-tech.com), the direct sales contact, started to claim that only $252 was credited to the company’s account. Surprisingly this claim was not brought up front although in all the emails pre-order she was insisting the whole time on us to state when the money transfer will be done! Even though the total cost all of the USB received & freight charges for 51 pieces is almost $ 180/- which is still less then what she claimed it has been credited to the company’s account. Eventually we have asked to for the refund the extra $105/-. We have Sent several notices and attached all the documented proof that the original agreed payment was done & after several warnings ( the last wad on 10/12/2015) still no response was given from the company after that which support the notion that this transaction was some sort of an online scam or lack of professionalism and providing quality service. In the end, no sort of reconciliation was provided. Due to that I am reporting this company as a bad supplier

I have learned not to pay directly to any supplier by money transfer and to depend on source method of payment such on line credit provided by online third parties website or not to do any sort of payment till the shipment is received and to avoid any suppliers insist on upfront payment. Furthermore to be very very careful in dealing with China based companies as this incident has broaden my mind and made me engage in further on line investigation which led me to to be introduced to many websites giving red flags about dealing with Chinese suppliers.
