I contacted them by internet then went to Shanghai to meet him and i like one unit caterpillar excavator 320D model model 2011. We agreed the price 79,000 USD Doha port. I paid and he load excavator Shanghai port I took some photos in Shanghai port, when I left Shanghai port he changed excavator to a 3rd class bad condition same scrap. I have a photos and all proof.
