I bought 2 units excavator from Ocean Bright Mechanical Int’l Group Limited. Namely Alice Zhou showed me there some excavators. I select 2 units and we agreed the price and CIF Doha Port received invoice. They shipped me very bad condition 3rd class excavators, totally different and scrap!

Complain; I bought 2 units excavator from Ocean Bright Mechanical Int’l Group Limited. Namely Alice Zhou showed me there some excavators. I select 2 units and we agreed the price and CIF Doha Port received invoice. I left Shanghai and she shipped me very bad condition 3rd class excavators, totally different scrap, not in working condition. Chassis serial number is same excavator different lower price poor condition. Careful from China there all used machinery company scam and cheating. Other company name .. Helei Machinery Trade Company LTD is also cheater company ….beware. I have all proof and this company cheated more clients all I have record…

I have read your incident on blacklist we also got dubbed by this lady Alice,we bought a caterpillar grader 140G from the ocean bright and they sent us something else which looks as a caterpillar 140G and all the plates removed and upto date we dont know which model or serial number it is ,the grader has not moved an inch since it was exported to Kenya these people are the biggest cons.
