I was dealing with a scammer called Andy from this Chinese company and we agree on one very good condition TLB backhoe loader, but he end up sending me rusty old machine that is not working. I have even paid him transport from port to my company premises so it can be delivered to me directly, every one on that company is a crooked, I advice you don’t buy from this company, because this company is run by bunch of crooks.

I have learned to never trust a Chinese supplier, if you buy from china or online don’t do direct payment,you must either use escrow or pay-pal in order to hold your money until you see delivered goods.
