Our company has appointed Union-Trans International Freight Co,Ltd to deliver our goods from Shanghai to Kazanlak, Bulgaria via air (DAP). During the process; we understand that Union-Trans International Freight Co.Ltd. has booked the shipment via Sky Logistics International Co.Ltd who booked the shipment via Air France Cargo. However, until now there are no action taken and it was causing our goods delay for 10 days from the quoted delivery date. Due the above, we are facing claim from our client and may loosing chance to get repeat order.

User Experience:
Our company has appointed Union-Trans International Freight Co,Ltd to deliver our goods from Shanghai to Kazanlak, Bulgaria via air (DAP).
During negotiation, we have informed that goods will deliver by air from Shanghai, China to Sofia, Bulgaria; then transport by truck from Sofia airport to Kazanlak, Bulgaria. We also informed that delivery time will take around 5 days.
We have agreed with price and term and issue PO to Union-Trans International Freight Co.Ltd.
During the process; we understand that Union-Trans International Freight Co.Ltd. has booked the shipment via Sky Logistics International Co.Ltd who booked the shipment via Air France Cargo.
Upon the goods delivered to Shanghai airport and clearance process done; we have got the AWB No.
When we checked into Air France Cargo system, we have found that the goods deliver by air from Shanghai to Paris. Then from Paris to Sofia arranging by truck.
Upon received details, we have been chasing the Union-Trans International Logistics Co.Ltd. and Sky Logistics International Co.Ltd. to re-book/route by fly directly the goods from Paris to Sofia.
We are also in contact with Air France Cargo; who informed us that they only can change based on request from origin and booking agent.
However, until now there are no action taken and it was causing our goods delay for 10 days from the quoted delivery date.
Due the above, we are facing claim from our client and may loosing chance to get repeat order.

User Recommendations:
Do not book any air shipment via booking agent in China.
As much as possible book directly with carrier or other company which having branch office worldwide.
Pay the freight after the goods arrived at destination and make clause in the PO for non force major delay.
