Xi’an Yaxi Industrial Co., Ltd talked very professionally and picking phone in one ring till we paid money 30 %. After that they reverted in two weeks by email that material is ready then we asked about inspection report and from here they started to make excuse and in couple of days they stopped taking any phone call. Later only through few emails they stated : they will revert back as they have to rework on quality “. Now we are in process of filing police complain in their city for recovery of full amount with expenses and losses
