Stage of relationship with the supplier at the time of the incident:
I recently ordered a pair of Zoot brand shoes from a company based in Shanghai, for which I was issued a receipt for AUD175.12. After more than 2 weeks, I received my order, except what I had been sent was a vastly inferior pair of Nike shoes, which can be purchased in Australia for AUD24.99. I decided to do some investigation of my own via the internet, and found that there were other examples of this practice with this business in China. This is dishonest and unscrupulous!
In addition to the above, company have made a false declaration on shipping documents, stating the value of the goods at USD10.00.
Unless I get a full refund, I will never buy from a Chinese online company again, and won’t be fooled by them using an Australian domain address. I will also list these companies on every single complaint and scam site I can, and report them to all authorities.
