She never delivered in June, July, August and September, although she told me that the item is “under production” and they “have some issues, but will cope with them shortly”. Meanwhile we lost more than 4 months in time and 6,000USD in money.

Our company placed the order in May. Accordingly to the contract the seller had to deliver the goods in June. She never delivered in June, July, August and September, although she told me that the item is “under production” and they “have some issues, but will cope with them shortly”. The seller promised to cover our losses because of the braking contract terms. In September we asked for refund, but it took a month for them to send us refund. The contract was for 3,060USD, and we hardly got a refund for just 3,000USD. We lost more than 4 month in time and 6,000USD in money.
