I was scammed out of $450.00USD by TIM YANG, a seller for El-Houses.com. I thought something was up when the shipping was delayed because of a China Holiday. And then I was given a false tracking number that DHL cannot verify. I sent the money by Western Union, another mistake, as they do not refund. I was in contact with TIM YANG (the criminal) only by email, and once the money was sent to him and I was given the false tracking number, I have not received any more contact with him as I have continued to email him with no reply’s. Another name that was used was BIN LI.
Do not trust either one of these persons or the website. I have started an investigation with China Police and others, maybe I’ll get lucky. October of 2015.

Buyer beware!!! is the rule of thumb, Make sure the seller is with Trade Assurance and that they use Pay-Pal, do not use Western Union or any kind of Bank Transfer. Don’t buy a large number of items, purchase only one to make sure you get it, then you can always order more once you’ve made a successful transaction.
