User Experience:
On 12 June 2015 I had dealings with Mr Bruce from STDA Electronics Ltd vwhere I sent payment of US$660 for 30x TV Boxes. Mr Bruce acknowledged payment and on the 10th July 2015 sent me fake Micro sim cards which Mr Bruce acknowledge making out that I had received the wrong order he will send the goods again. On 28th July 2015 I was then presented with a tracking numbers of parcels that was bound for Morocco when I live Australia. This parcel never arrived as expected and from then on was not to hear back from Mr Bruce. On the 2nd of September I advised Mr Bruce that I will be reporting his company to all scam-alert and fraud-alert sites in order to prevent other from becoming another one of his victims. and The Chinese embassy here in Australia and the China Police Shenzhen department. Mr Bruce then responded agreeing to give me money back but have since not heard back???
User Recommendations:
Do not trust Alibaba.com It is riddled with scammers that will hack your email address. If you must import from this Country you should go and visit the supplier that you are intending to purchase from and do not pay all costs up front. Look for a safer way to distribute funds. Eg some up front, some once inspected and shipped and the remaining once shipment arrives.
