This happened since roughly July-2014 and still pending till now.
We cancelled one of the Purchase order after full payment made to Beverly Steel.
Reason is because the manufacturer he found to import do not have FPC (Factory Production Control) Certification requested for Project.
He even issued us the a Credit Note CN No.20140911/01-J dd 11-Sep-14 amounting of MYR 14,696.00 for our Purchase order no.27.
2nd case happened was A very poor/ negligent arrangement for another import on our Purchase order no.19. Extra cost incurred on bearing the transport and other charges which he agreed to bear on but no CN he issue. With disappointing we issue out Debit Note to charge him dd 23-12-14 amounting to MYR9738.80.
From this case we stop issue him Purchase order in order to avoid this supplier/agent.
Several Monthly reminder sent and calls made but nothing we get back till today 21-Sep-15

Personally I do not agreed with the statement whereby you guys stated. I had placed order for “API 2Y Grade60” & “S355G8+N Plate” last years. The owner of Beverly Steel (M) Sdn Bhd was able to expedite delivery date for me before due date as in contract. The PO is about SGD160K and SGD75K+.
The services and quality Beverly Steel (M) Sdn Bhd provided was met the grades as mention. So, I did not agreed that is blacklisted company. Hence I introduce my co-partner to Beverly Steel (M) Sdn Bhd as well.

Beverly Steel Still owing us since Aug-14 till now. Several emails sent but nothing response to us. Legal action is taking up to him
Hi, I believed sometimes that was about sea transportation issue wasn’t related to the company it’s self. I also faced those issue with different supplier as well.
