I realized after purchasing the item that it was the wrong item for the intended purpose, so before the item was marked as dispatched, I sent a message requesting the supplier to cancel the order and refund my money, they did not, they instead marked the order as dispatched, then replied telling me it was too late to cancel the order. I do not believe the order had left their facility by this time, as not enough time elapsed between the initial purchase, my message, the item being marked dispatched, and the company’s reply.

User Recommendations:
I would not use this Chinese supplier to buy anything again, as they clearly had no intention of refunding my transaction, as far as they were concerned, they had a sale and they wanted to keep it that way, absolutely horrific customer service from this company, and ebay are just as bad for not having a simple “cancel” button for items which have not been dispatched, it would save buyers being at loss all the time

  1. Totally agree with HappyToBuy, have been buying from Banggood several years, small things and big things and every item has been delivered. Few issues with the items were resolved by their help center support by email, either refunded or compensated by bonus points etc. Banggood is in my experience one of the most reliable e-stores out there.

  2. I feel this comment is extremely unfair. Banggood has, on occasions processed my orders within one hour of placing it. They are regularly processed with 4 hours. If someone changes their mind about making a purchase then it’s their fault should something go wrong. After buying from BangGood for the past 3 years I can speak with some knowledge of their ways of doing business and to lie to a customer isn’t something I’ve come across.

    It sounds as if this person is what’s known as a “problem customer” Everything must go according to their rules and if it doesn’t then they’ll make a lot of noise and make ridiculous demands. Clearly the fault lies with him. I notice he’s not mentioned the actual time between making the purchase and then attempting to cancel it. I can only wonder why he didn’t simply sell the item, whatever it was to recoup the payment, after all he paid nothing for shipping so I’m sure somebody would buy it or perhaps it would be one less Christmas present he’s have to buy.

    To jump up and down for such a minor thing and to take time to make this complaint makes me think perhaps he should stop buying on line or perhaps shop a little more carefully. A frivolous and uncalled for complain and definitely “Horrific” in his mind only. I assure you, BangGood is not what this person is making them out to be.
