User Experience:
Sales rep by the name of David contacted me via email and Skype and offered me TVs at low price. Placed an order for 3 TVs and paid USD300 via western union. David promised me that he will provide me with a DHL tracking number after I made payment. Till the end, I did not receive a tracking number and my goods never arrived. After pestering him on Skype, he blocked me. This guy is a total scammer and he revealed (during the western union payment ) that his boss’ name is DEBIN LIU. All, please take note of these names. They are total scammers and you can kiss your hard earned money goodbye! Your product will never arrive and they will give excuses that the goods are stuck at Hong Kong customs. Beware, they may frequently change their website address and contact details.
User Recommendations:
Don’t trust any manufacturer in China that asks for upfront payment via western union. Only trust reliable sites like Alibaba and DHgate. The rest are mostly scammers. I learned this lesson the hard way – IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!
Their sales reps (like David) are all well trained and are fluent in English. They can sweet talk and make you part with your cash easily. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Especially DEBIN LIU, who seems to be the owner of this big scam company. If this review prevents one person from being cheated, I will feel contented.
