Pressnet (Aust) Pty Ltd

It is a bad experience for me in my business life. I bought many used machineries from overseas but I never faced like this. I think, the company is a cheat company. He got his advance payment and also got his L/C payment in time but 5 months expires, they don’t send their technician to commission, run the machine, even though this was TURN-KEY basis in our contract.

  1. I was the supplier in question.
I sold an excellent fully rebuilt S&H sheeter at a very competitive price.
This buyer wanted “turnkey” installation in Bangladesh and I refused because no foreigner can safely deal in that very “colorful” economy and control or predict costs.
I agreed to fly at my cost and supervise commissioning by local electricians at buyers cost.

The deal took 9 weeks to complete, so I asked the buyer to wait 3 weeks for a gap in my schedule.
He could not wait and “hired an Indian electrician” to complete commissioning at a claimed cost of USD $8,000.
I saw this a spurious demand from a “colorful” economy and refused point blank and WILL NOT DEAL WITH THAT BUYER AGAIN.
The buyer got an excellent machine that is doing great work. He cannot complain about the quality of the machine or the price, just that I am not as gullible as he thinks I am.
