User Experience:
The supplier showed us the product and asked for 30% upfront for loading, booking shipping space on vessel plus insurance. Once we paid this – they loaded the 1 container on trial in front of me and sealed the container. We took photographs of the container with seal number. We were then sent B/L, Form 9 and other relevant documents via email. We could not release our container at Chennai Port in India till we could show original documents. The supplier would not release the original documents till balance had been paid. We paid this and once the container was cleared by customs in India , we found the container contained cement bricks. After finding sites on the website, I have realized this company Tianjin Oufute Technology Co. Ltd is a fraudulent and scam company. They have a International sales manager who goes by the name of Lily Zhang. She comes over as a sweet innocent person but actually is quite the opposite. This whole scenario happened from 2nd July 2015 to 28th August 2015. This the time it took for us to go to China, meet Lily Zhang and conduct our business with them till the container was opened on 27th August 2015.

User Recommendations:
Never pay a supplier upfront any money. Only pay on a LC basis once the goods arrive at your destination point and the container is opened by customs. If a supplier does not agree to this then the chances are that he is not a genuine supplier.
