This manufacturer is not capable of producing EEC standards. Even the official papers are not legally, the EEC registration numbers are not OK, and when it comes to inspection in China, by external office they do not allow this first. Afterwards they allow it, but there will be packaged and shipped without control of this office!

They threatened me several times, so please take notice of this, DO NOT BUY AT YONGHENG CAR INDUSTRY CO, LTD, HANGHZOU, CHINA.
