We ordered playground from Kinplay in Zhejiang Province. They had someone else make the playground, both sets, and they do not fit. What I mean is the stairs and slides do not fit if one uses the holes that are punched in the poles, etc. — At first they said they would help but now they say tough luck. They collected around $9k for the playground, we paid thousands for shipping, and now our client does not agree. This is a huge loss for us and it is caused by the factory selling us bad goods.
