User Experience:
Placed order for item. Item never arrived and was lost in transit. Seller refused to replace the items or refund money. We have been dealing with this since 2014. We contacted each and every website he did business and most delisted him but he still was selling on aliexpress. I am sure he is still selling and i plan to find his info. I want a refund and will not rest until we are made whole.
User Recommendations:
Even if you have done business with a Chinese company for over 5 years, do not trust them when they want all payment up front via western union. Use a service where there is recourse. No product is so great that you just hand all money upfront. 5 years of business and then scammed. If they wont accept a form of credit card or PayPal, run away. There is a reason they want payment in that manner. If there are ever issues, they will deny responsibility and there is nothing you can do as you have zero recourse. We spent our last $1,250 with that company and never got it back. Its a hard loss to take when you need that money for medical bills.
