This process may take a few weeks as we don’t have formal staff at SBL. thanks for your understanding!

    2. Dear Prakash,

Sorry for taking up so many days to refund due to we have paid to purchase the steel material.
We have to cancel our purchase order and waiting for the confirmation of our supplier to accept it.
We hope that you can understand that it was very hard to accept the cancellation by our supplier.

We only follow each and every legal system of Malaysia to import steel materials. The AP takes time, the Sirim officer also takes time. The custom unable to release the goods without Sirim full test report(we need to wait for Sirim to release the full test report and submit to the custom). You asked us why other supplier does not require so many days to deliver goods, we have no comment about this. Recent news regarding more than 10 steel companies raided by customs officers, for your information Beverly Steel was not in the list.

      Thanks
