User Experience:
We bought some tapes from Shanghai Mufan Tape. When the tapes arrived we noted that the adhesion levels were low. We told this fact to the supplier, we wrote to Mrs. Susanna Lee, but she told us to rest easy.
However we have made some tests, because we didn’t rest easy, and we found many problems in the adhesion level. We wrote our test results to the supplier, and they ask us to send samples in China, to they Shenzhen laboratory. We did it and they have confirmed us that the adhesion level was too low.
At this point, we asked if they would like to collect all the tapes and replace or what, and they told us that they would send us new material, but, and here come the beautiful, we would have to make an order for 5 times the quantity that we have claimed.
We told them that was impossible, because the quantity would been too big and we wrote many emails them, but they didn’t give us more any answer.
Attention at Shanghai Mufan Tapes, they use also Topstape like brand, because they are as shark and they produce a very low quality tape. Best Regards at all.
